These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Freedom Metals MFG., Inc. ("Freedom Metals," "we," "us," or "our") website and your purchase of our products. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in any way other than through the interface we provide. All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and the Freedom Metals name — is our property or used with permission and may not be copied or reused without our written consent.
Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and are valid for the period stated on the quote. Prices are subject to change with the cost of raw materials and are confirmed at the time of order. A quote is not a contract until the order is accepted by both parties.
Many of our products — including custom-length panels and bent trim — are manufactured to your specifications. Because these items are made to order, they generally cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once production has begun. Please review all dimensions, profiles, and colors carefully before approving an order.
Colors shown on this website are representations and may vary from the actual product due to screen settings, lighting, and coating batches. We recommend confirming color from a physical sample before ordering. Slight variations in finish between production runs are normal and are not considered defects.
Our products carry the manufacturer warranties applicable to the specific panel, coating, and finish you purchase, including finish warranties of up to 40 years on qualifying painted products. Warranty terms are provided with your order. Except as expressly stated, products are provided without other warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Freedom Metals is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our products, including damages related to improper installation. Proper installation is the responsibility of the installer.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
