Questions, Answered.

Buying metal direct from the manufacturer raises good questions. Here are the ones we hear most — and if yours isn't here, just call the yard.

A properly installed metal roof routinely lasts 40 to 60 years — two to three times the life of asphalt shingles. Our painted panels carry up to a 40-year finish warranty, and the steel substrate itself outlives that. It's the last roof most buildings will ever need.

Most "metal suppliers" buy finished product and resell it with a markup. We run our own roll-formers, which means manufacturer pricing, custom dimensions and colors, and a two-day average turnaround that isn't hostage to someone else's supply chain. There's nobody between you and the line.

We run multiple gauges to suit the application — heavier gauge for commercial and ag, standard for residential — and stock 30+ colors in premium PVDF and SMP finishes from Sherwin-Williams and other coil coaters. Need a specific match? Bring us the color and we'll source it.

In most cases, yes. Bring us a sample, the color name, or the manufacturer's spec and we'll match it as closely as the coatings allow. Because we bend trim in-house, we can fabricate matching ridge cap, drip edge, valley, and transitions in the exact color of your panel.

Both. Contractors and builders across PA, WV, and NJ rely on us for volume jobs, but we sell direct to homeowners and DIYers too. Whether it's one porch roof or a multi-building development, you get the same manufacturer-direct pricing.

Most standard orders are cut and ready in about two business days. Custom trim and larger commercial runs vary with complexity and volume — we'll give you a firm timeline when we quote, not a guess.

Yes — that's the advantage of running our own line. We cut panels to your exact run lengths so you minimize seams and waste. Bring us the dimensions and we'll roll them to spec.

Absolutely. Ridge cap, drip edge, valley, rake, J-channel, chimney and pipe flashing, transitions — anything your build needs, bent to your exact dimensions and color. One-off pieces are welcome; we don't do "closest standard size."

No — that's an old myth from barn roofs over open framing. Installed over solid decking and underlayment on a finished home, a metal roof is no louder than any other. Many homeowners find it quieter than they expected.
